HForms

HForms replaces the packages of benefits that used to be sent out to all New Hires before their first day on the job or to all current Employees during Open Enrollment. HForms dynamicallys present the correct set of summaries and forms for a particualr employee depending various information determined when the employee or new hire logs in. HForms can also present all the various benefit packages for review and printing that are available for new and current employees.

If a company has different packages of benefits depending on whether an employee is in one state or another, or a full time employee as opposed to a part timer, or a doctor as opposed to a nurse, then HForms can display the proper benefits and policies after the employee logs in.
